Please ensure all spelling, names, dates, colours and personalisation details are correct before submitting your order.

Orders already confirmed will not be affected by future price changes.

6. Payments

Payment must be received before production begins.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

7. Production Times

Most personalised products are handmade to order.

Production times may vary depending on:

Estimated production times are provided as a guide only.

8. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates provided by courier companies.

Reverie Studio is not liable for delays caused by:

• Couriers
• Weather
• Public holidays
• Industrial action
• Events beyond our control

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of many products:

• Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
• Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
